As CEO, Neubert will focus on advancing WPS’s strategic objectives, expanding its presence in key markets, and delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of clients in the Eastern United States and beyond. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial audiovisual industry and a demonstrated history of managing large-scale specialty trade projects, Neubert is ideally suited to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory.

With a proven track record of driving growth and fostering strong team development, Neubert has successfully managed high-profile projects with an aggregate value of over $750 million. His comprehensive understanding of the lifecycle and flow of complex construction projects has helped WPS expand into new verticals, solidify relationships with new vendors, and grow strategic areas of opportunities. Previously, Neubert held senior leadership positions with some of the nation’s largest audiovisual firms, including TMG Systems and Clair.

In addition, LD Parker, who has served as Project Executive for WPS since 2021, will be promoted to Executive Director of Sales. In this role, Parker will lead the sales direction and unification of existing business units within WPS. With over 20 years of experience in the field audio-visual systems integration, Parker has been involved in the sales and operations of numerous large-scale projects throughout the US. Parker’s deep knowledge of the industry and expertise in developing long-lasting relationships ensure that WPS remains a leader in the AV marketplace.
